Full payment is due immediately upon invoicing to secure a calendar spot. Without payment, no reservation has been made and your date will remain available on my calendar. All reservations are on a first come, first serve basis. In the event a rush order can be accommodated (pick-up within a week of invoice payment), a 25% rush order fee will be assessed.

Refund & Cancellation Policy: Refunds in full are offered for orders cancelled at least 30 days in advance of order pick-up. Cancellations at least 15 days in advance will receive a 50% refund to account for the cost of ingredients ordered. No refund will be given for cancellations within 14 days of the pick-up date.

I recommend viewing the custom cookie process section for more detailed information on next steps. Pricing will depend on complexity of designs and cookie sizes. Inspirational images are welcome and encouraged but I reserve creative freedom in my sets (please see the custom cookie process section for information regarding revision and approval process). No trademarked or copyrighted images will be directly reproduced (cartoons, logos, etc.).

All cookies are individually heat sealed and carefully packaged. Cookies taste best when consumed with 1-2 days of pickup but will remain fresh in their heat-sealed bags for up to a week at room temperature. You can also freeze cookies for up to two months. Please email me if you need guidance on how to do this.

A minimum of 4 sets is required to place a gift set order. Color customization is included but alterations to the design or addition of premium finishes (metallics, hand painting, 3-D florals, etc.) will incur an additional fee or necessitate a change to a custom order.
